Return & Refund Policy

At Lustre Of Love, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you receive a product that doesn’t fit or has a defect, we’re happy to offer a 7-day return or replacement policy.

Return Conditions

• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement.
• Returns are accepted only for defective items or sizing issues—not for change of mind.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Email us at 📧 support@lustreoflove.in  with your order number and reason for return (or contact us on WhatsApp at +918810650075).
2️⃣ Pack the item securely in a box or envelope. Mention your order number on the package.
3️⃣ Ship the package using a trackable courier service.
4️⃣ Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your replacement or refund.

📌 Unboxing Video Required: If the product is defective, an unboxing video is mandatory for a claim.

Refunds & Processing Time

• Returns are processed within 1 business day of receiving your package.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.
• For COD orders, refunds will be processed via IMPS, Google Pay, Paytm, or PhonePe.
